FormsCheck ("we", "us", "our") operates the formscheck.com website and the FormsCheck application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed). We never store passwords in plain text.
Form monitoring data: URLs of forms you monitor, test configurations, field selectors, and test results (pass/fail status, timestamps, screenshots). This data is stored per organization and isolated between tenants.
Usage data: We collect basic analytics about how you use FormsCheck, including pages visited, features used, and session duration. We do not use third-party tracking scripts.
Payment data: Payment processing is handled by Paddle. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers.

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and monitored. Screenshots are stored in Cloudflare R2 with access restricted to your organization.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with:
Test results are retained according to your plan: 7 days (Free), 30 days (Starter), or 90 days (Pro). Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

FormsCheck uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
