By accessing or using FormsCheck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FormsCheck is an automated form monitoring service. It tests web forms by submitting them with test data and verifying the results. The Service operates externally — it does not require access to your WordPress admin or server.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use FormsCheck only on websites you own or have explicit authorization to test. You must not:
FormsCheck offers Free, Starter, and Pro plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Plan limits (number of forms, tests per month, test frequency) are enforced automatically.
FormsCheck submits forms with test data on your behalf. This means:
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Test data, form configurations, and results are stored per organization and isolated between tenants.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or test failures.
FormsCheck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost leads, missed form submissions, or business interruption.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
